BMS Alarm CODE-234

Had an issue at the end of an install with BMS Alarm CODE-234

We turned the system on and got an error we hadn't seen before. After a quick check of the manual and Google, we came up with nothing.

Got in contact with Fox support and they pointed out we might have missed off the Ethernet terminators in the IN and OUT ports of the battery.

After a face palm moment and a restart, we were back in business.

So hopefully now this has been posted BMS Alarm CODE-234 might now be a thing people can find on the internet.

Interesting. I also have a BMS-234 alarm - triggered at 7am. this morning

Not sure if it is related, but my battery heating seems to have stopped working as I can only charge at 800W.

Seemingly nothing to do with Ethernet!

Logged a fault via the app. I'll update this post if I get more info

Did you take a note of the temperature this morning when it failed, suspect you was below 3C.

More like -3 when it failed.

It appears to be happy again as the battery temp rose to 16c and is taking a charge at above 4kw.

I stopped battery warming and restarted it, and after a hiccup it decided to play again.
