FOX EQ4800 L9 not turning on during commissioning

Hi, im a solar and battery retailer and we are just finishing our first install with a FOX EQ4800 L9 and H3 10.0 SMART inverter. The battery dosen't seem to have any power and its not turning on. Anything anyone can help with?

If you are trying to turn it on with no grid or pv, you need to do a black start i.e. press the power button, then press and hold the b-start button for 10 seconds.
(Don’t forget the last bottom battery waterproof connector is fitted)

It looks like this, and covers up the battery inter-connect on the bottom battery.

OOHHH ok thanks mate, unfortunately it didnt come in the box with battery ill contact fox to get it. Much appreciate the help thanks.
