Hi, im a solar and battery retailer and we are just finishing our first install with a FOX EQ4800 L9 and H3 10.0 SMART inverter. The battery dosen't seem to have any power and its not turning on. Anything anyone can help with?

If you are trying to turn it on with no grid or pv, you need to do a black start i.e. press the power button, then press and hold the b-start button for 10 seconds.

Hey Dave what is the bottom battery waterproof connector?
It looks like this, and covers up the battery inter-connect on the bottom battery.
