No data in app

Hi all, yesterday I had a FOXESS AC Charger/inverter installed and connected to a load of ECS4300 batteries. I was out whilst this was being set up. It seems to be functioning - charging from solar and discharging from the load in the house. However, whilst I have a Fox Cloud account and it shows the site including the inverter, there is no data in the app at all. It just shows zeros next to everything and if I go to real time data it shows nothing. If I click on 'battery' it says 'Offline' at the top of the page.

Any idea what is going wrong? The wifi light on the inverter itself is blue, looks like it's connected fine. All help appreciated!
