Unable to get DataLogger online

Hi

Installed quite a few Fox inverters, usually no problems with this so asking here if anyone can help.

Finding WXXXXX, inputting the customers Wi-Fi password and Saving, success it says, but it never joins the internet.

Fast flashing red light, when my customer logs onto the network it’s showing as there under ‘espressif’ but no joy.

Any ideas are appreciated.
