Hi all,

I have FoxESS batteries and very happy with it so far.

One issue though is that the stats of the battery (State of Charge and Current Power) are not showing on the home page of the app (first picture).

However the battery state of Charge and Current Power are showing on the device page of the battery so the information is definitley available.

Any idea how to fix that on the home page?

Thanks

I would first ask your installer to update your inverter, datalogger and battery firmware.
When that's all up to date I would delete and reinstall the latest fox 2.0 from the app store and try logging in.
This feels like an app bug but the app is very sensitive to hardware firmware so best to start there.

I have the same problem, did you get your system working?

Hi,
No I did not get the system working.
But I have not been able to do the first step (update your inverter, datalogger and battery firmware) because it was a mess with my supplier and they did not want to update the firmwares.

I had the same problem here's how I fixed it.

First I updated the firmware of the inverter and the battery has these needed updates I did this through the foxess app.

This did not resolve the missing statistics on the home page so what I did next was through my internet router app (Asus), I located the inverter that is connected to my Wi-Fi and I reset its connection. I think you could also reset your router but I specifically wanted to make sure I reset the connection for the inverter I also rebound it to a different access point that this is specific to my setup I don't think this particularly matters in this problem.

Opened up the app and all my statistics are back.

Hopefully this helps someone.
