Hi. I had last weeks issue of Fox Cloud app reporting system as off grid. That recovered. However, yesterday the system showed my PV generation as exactly 0.50kW from about 12:00 on the 24th (Monday until now (21:14 Wednesday). It shows this day or night which is clearly wrong. My analysis graph shows a static horizontal line for in and out and charge remains at 10%. I only have one event programmed in and that's a force charge up to around 80% during 02:00-05:00 every day and for two days this has failed to take any action.
Has anyone else experienced this before? Is there anyway to reboot the control system as it seems to now be not charging or discharging so I can't even tell if any sunlight is being converted into usable energy for the house. My Octopus tariff says I'm still importing as if I had no solar. Many thanks.
Fox Cloud constantly shows PV = 0.50kW day or night

If you datalogger is connected ok (not flashing rapidly), it’s likely that your manager has crashed - the only way to reset this is to shutdown and restart the inverter. There is a video in guides if you are not familiar with the process to do that.
Basically it is isolate PV, isolate AC, power off battery, open battery isolator - wait for inverter screen to go blank and reverse the process - i.e. close battery isolator, power on batteries, close AC isolator and close PV isolator.
The inverter will spend a minute or two checking and starting up, once started the cloud data should be updating after approx 5 minutes.

Thanks, Dave. I'll look out for the video and maybe give that, or your instructions, a try tomorrow.
