Fox H3 pro

Hi

We have an issue with a Fox H3 Pro inverter.

After installation the customer noticed that the prepaid meter is using a lot of units (Around 25 units per day)

The entire house is connected to the EPS side of the inverter.

The fox meter is installed.
Pins are 7 and 8 on the inverter side and 24 and 25 on the meter as per manual.

The House is balanced on the DB

The app shows that nothing is being exported but still the units are being depleted.
I am assuming the meter is faulty.

Installation:
H3 pro
4 x EP10 batteries
28 solar panels.

Please assist.
