I've cheekily asked the installer to swap the inverter out for a KH9 (4 MPPTs). We'll see lol!
Result! The installer will be swapping the KH8 for a KH9, and will be restringing the 12 West panels into 2 6-panel strings
Hope it helps, I have the KH10, with 11 and 7 facing switch west and 7 and 8 facing north east.
I am still getting the error, and still trying to get a response from fox.

Fingers crossed you get a resolution soon!
My system is stable now with PV3 disconnected, so no reason (that I can think of) why a new inverter with PV3 split into PV3 and PV4 would cause any issues. However, time will tell...
