What number did you ring? I've tried the number on their website and emailing in but not getting any useful responses.markwdimelow wrote: Sun Dec 18, 2022 11:05 am I had a similar problem it turns out the firmware needed updating.
Rang Fox's UK customer service line and it was sorted within 2 hours.
Hope this helps

Re: Adding batteries to an existing stack
Ignore my previous comment.
I found a section in the manual that says to turn off the inverter as well as the breaker on the BMS

Knowing what energy goes where.
Anyone know if it's possible to distinguish what energy goes where.
For example...
In the energy distribution card the battery bubble just shows a total of charge kWh, But it doesn't say what was from solar and what was from grid.
Or am I just missing something that already exists?

Adding batteries to an existing stack
Hi
I already have a Mira BMS and 2 x batteries.
I was wondering the process for adding an extra two. Do I just need to flip the breaker on the BMS then disconnect the cables. Or should I turn the inverter off as well?
I read the manual but can't see anything about the power side of things.

Re: batteries discharging to grid
Mine did exactly the same,
The installers had wired the two wires on the CT clamp back to front. I.e. positive to negative and negative to positive.

confirmation about battery charging
Hi All,
Just had a new solar install
1 x H1-3.7-E Inverter
2 x HV25 batteries
10 x 400w array.
there have been a few teething issues with CT meters, but I believe anything is generating/reporting as it should.
Have also set up homeassistance with MODBUS, everyone loves data! :D
