Thanks Dave - it looks like the battery reserve capacity setting on the app (which I believe is the min SoC on grid) is stuck at 100% , so the battery is constantly charging and won't discharge - I'll try to set it on the website when I get home. Thank you so much for your help!

At the moment System min SoC is set at 10% in my app. I want to charge the batteries for 2 30 min periods at 1030 and 1130 so that I have enough battery to cover me for the peak 1600-1900 period.
