Thanks Dave, ok i have managed to fix it. The engineer had not done the Start/stop menu in the settings. It was set as Stop therefore the system was in OFF mode. If ypu look on the inverter and it says off. Go to straight to the settings and change that!! Very rookie!!!

Hi, I have had installed a 5kwh hybrid battery and 5.6kwh cm290 batteries yesterday. My issue is that currently the batteries are just sending 0.008kwh to the inverter.
