1) I have no error message
2) charge period is get to 00:00-00:00 and charge from grid switched off
3) minsoc 10% and minsoc 10%
Not sure what I can do maybe turn it off and on?

Batteries not charging or discharging
My batteries are stuck on mid 40% charge and won’t charge or discharge. I was producing 5kw extra and rather than charging the batteries it was going straight to the grid. For 3 days they haven’t discharged either. I know the temp can have effect but it’s not that cold it’s 3degrees centigrade.
