Fox cloud registration not possible

Try to get access to fox ess cloud. It stops at the data field S/N Number. I use the serial number from inverter. Message from server: 41931-No valid verified SN.
Hhm what should I do? Access with mobile app runs. But I want to have access from my desktop pc.

You don't need to register again separately, you would just log on using the same account name and password you have already set up for the app.
