2 topics for the price of 1.

Easy one first anyone experienced high volume of hailstones and durability of solar panels especially Eurener Nexa 430 Topcon? Secondly now that solar panels can be installed on flat roofs, anyone have Renusol Console installation or equivalent, just like to now if any shift/movement due to high winds!

Hey Prax99,

I've had panels for over 10 years across 3 houses and even though we don't get any serious hail in the southwest UK, I've not seen any damage from it. Now if you're getting golf ball sized hail then sure expect to need to replace damaged panels every now and then but there isn't much you can do to protect them and they are very strong. Wind on the other hand is not a problem at the racking like Renusol uses spring loaded bolts that maintain torque on the panel. Panels coming off in high winds if correctly installed is very rare nowadays.
