Firmware Differences - Cloud vs Modbus

Hi all,
I have recently had fitted a H1-5.0 Gen2 and some ECS batteries (ECS4100 x5)
My installer confirmed i have been updated to all the latest firmware but i still didn't see any force discharge option etc in the cloud (and thanks to this forum i note they recently rolled this option out to the Gen2's, i was expecting to see this option available and have now seen they have moved this to the work model strategy periods section rather than being a quick select on the main screen with the inverter work model drop down).
I raised a ticket with Fox Support who confirmed i had the latest software (Master 1.23, manager 1.38 and slave 1.02) but i also raised with them an anomaly which they have not answered.
When i view my firmware versions in the cloud i see i have:
Battery Master - 1.014
Battery Slave - 1.11 When i view the firmware in Modbus. I have this:
Manager - 1.38
Battery Master - 1.23
Battery Slave - 1.02 I have also correctly powered down and restarted the inverter and batteries thinking this may force the changes, but have seen no difference in the firmware versions.
My question is:
1) Is there a bug somewhere where different firmware versions are shown between the cloud and Modbus?
2) It appears that the Modbus is correct - In which case, as most people use the cloud, why would this be different as i can seeing this causing unnecessary confusion and support tickets for updates when they are not required?
Thanks
