Hi, My datalogger shows offline and I have followed the instructions to reconnect it and it will not bring up the web page http://192.168.1.1
It connects to the 'W-' as suggested but will go no further. I have tried the App and the imac and mobile phone but nothing will get to the web page or connection of local network
When I use the new App I connect to WIFI page pops up and asks for the SSID of my network but shows nothing and a pop up band appears at the bottom with NETWORK CLOSE on it with the foxess icon.
Any idea's or do I need to buy a new Dongle?

It shouldn’t need the http:// in front just the 192.168.1.1 should get you there.
Just to double check you can see the ‘W-xxxxxx’ ssid, you connect to that and enter the password ok ?
As you say the next stage is to enter the 192.168.1.1 and it should give you the dongles web page.
A couple of things to try, if you are using your phone ‘forget’ your existing routers ssid - sometime it will leave the W-xxxxxx name and go back to your router because it has an internet connection and obviously you can’t get any further unless you are connected.
If you haven’t already tried it, power cycle the dongle - un-screw the collar on the datalogger, pull it down to remove it, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in and then try and connect to it’s SSID W-xxxxxxx, enter the password mtmt2020 and then try the 192.168.1.1 and hopefully you’ll have the dongles simple web browser page.
