Hello guys,
I would like to ask for your support with a photovoltaic system that doesn't seem to be working properly. Let's see:
- PV system has 2 hybrid inverters (H3-6.0 and 5.0) configured wtih the Master and Slave topology.
- At certain point, energy flux is:
-- Master Inverter: 6 kW production
-- Slave Inverter: 1.8 kW production
-- Battery: 0 kW (not charging ou discharging)
-- Grid: 5W injection
-- Load: 2.8kW consumption
After a while battery starts charging, but 5 minutes later, it stops charging.

Do you have an export limit set ?
It could also depend on what the work mode is, if you are in self-use you would expect the battery to charge (as long as it needs charge), but if the work mode is set to feed in (or backup) then the batteries would only charge if the AC limit of the inverter is exceeded.
Also the obvious things for the batteries, are the minSoC’s set to 10%, and both of the charge periods if not being used are set to 00:00-00:00.
The app only shows 5 minute snapshots, and so you can see strange results when loads change - it’s better to look at the power statistics to establish what is really happening, but as this is a 3 phase you might also want to look at the website graphs to see what the power was on the R, S & T phases at the time it did this.

No export limit set

Work Mode - Self Use

MinSoC 10% and no periods defined to force charge

Phase Load are a little unbalanced, but nothing too much relevant

It is normal that I can not see any parameter on the Slave Inverter and its battery?
I only can see it's prodution on 5 minute snapshot.
