FoxCloud2.0

Good Afternoon,

I am trying to use the latest FoxCloud2.0 App. but cannot remember my original password. I have tried to renew my password but cannot reset my password after receiving the validation code by email. I get an error message 41820 each time I try to submit the code with my new password.

Everything works fine in the original FoxCloud.

Can you help?

I'm not familiar with the error 41820 - is there any text with it ?, there is an error code 41802 which means 'invalid password'

If you are getting as far as it sending you an email, then your username is correct - it sounds like the password you are trying to use may have invalid characters in it - try something simple to start with a password no longer than 20 characters just using text and numbers.

I am having the same problem, I've tried following the advice here using passwords with and without numbers, variety of lengths (no greater than 20), but I get this error every time.

I would give Fox ESS support a call and they can reset it for you.
