Hi All,
I'm having issues with the Foxess Battery system again, 2 errorcodes pop up:
1) Bat Voltage low ↑ - errorcode 198
2) BMS Cell unbalance ↑ - errorcode 224
What's going wrong? Previous time I had this issue the supplier did something at their side, software configuration.
But my supplier went bankrupt and I don't have any admin-rights nor information what needs to be done to fix this?

Hi, can you tell me which inverter and batteries this is ?.
It would be helpful if you could let me know the firmware version for the batteries - you can see this by going to the inverter and on the front panel select About, Bat Ver - it will list M:xxxxxxxx and S:xxxxxxxxx can you post them here please.
