Which app are you using, V1, the latest V2 or Energy Stats ?
V2 and Energy Stats (by Al Priest) show the most information, so i'd recommend if you're not using them to try them.
Also just to mention you can log into the foxesscloud.com and see your system there, that shows more information about your batteries.
