Data issues with Cloud

I have an H3-Pro and have connected it to the Cloud. I am experiencing a number of data issues:
1. Solar panels are plugged into PV1 and PV3. PV1 shows voltage and power. PV3 only shows voltage, no power. When I check on the inverter, PV3 shows power. So for some reason the data isn’t being fed to the Cloud.
2. Battery SoC shows on the main screen and battery screen. However, when I look at the analysis chart, SOC is just a line at 0% (ie I can’t track battery charge and discharge over time). So although the data is going into the cloud, it isn’t being recorded for some reason.
3. The amounts produced and the amount used are wildly different. How can I be producing 20+kWh of energy, but only consuming 3kWh — and not exporting power to the grid? It does not make sense.
4. Self-Use: The inverter is using the grid instead of the battery despite the battery having 80-100% of power and the SOC thresholds are set at 20%/10%. All but one of the batteries are running v1.07, but one is stuck on v1.06. All of the other firmware was updated two days ago.
Any ideas on how to fix these issues? I’m quickly regretting getting a FoxEss system and not one with more reliable data and firmware.
