I am new to this, 5kW batteries installed in September 2023.
I am using the App set up by the installers on my tablet
showing:
Grid, Battery and Load to diagrammatic bungalow with Battery, Pylon and Load(?).
I have turned off "charge from Grid" but I appear to still be charging the batteries from the grid an unnecessary and expensive option.
The App "load" is not very explanatory, is there a better way?
