Battery not charging since new WiFi connected

We changed our WiFi provider and I noticed that the app was not connected. Our supplier advised me how to change the wifi linked to the system and also to get the 2.4 GHz activated on the router as it was initially only set to 5GHz. This worked and we are now connected to the app again but I have noticed that there is an alarm showing now and the battery isn’t charging and has gradually lost charge over the last few days.
Is there something I need to do to reconfigure the battery so it charges? What does the alarm relate to? From the handover at installation and subsequent guides we got, I don’t have any information about how to configure the system myself and I assumed it was automatic but I see from a quick look on here that people have adjusted the timings to suit themselves. We don’t have an EV at the moment so don’t need to factor that in. We are also Octopus Flux customers now.
Thanks in advance for any advice & help.
