New setup

Hi
The data from FoxCloud indicates that my output power and feed-in power are exactly tracking each other whilst the load power and grid consumption power data are both zero.
That is, everything I’m generating is being exported. Surely this can’t be correct?
I have a I-boost fitted. Would this in anyway be confusing the Fox data?

Can you provide a few more details please, what kind of inverter is it, solar only (S/F series) or a hybrid (H, K series) and do you have batteries fitted.
If it is a solar only inverter unless you have the optional CT clamp fitted it will only be able to report that everything it outputs as feedin as it has no way to measure the size of the load - if it is a hybrid inverter with batteries it certainly should be showing load.

Hello Dave
Thank you for your response.
My Fox unit is a F3600 inverter for solar only. I do not have a CT clamp fitted and so that would explain why the data is indicating that everything generated is being exported.
The company who supplied and fitted the unit didn’t mention a CT clamp and so I will investigate what a CT clamp is, where I can get one and whether or not I can fit it myself.
Again, many thanks for your input. I am grateful to you.

A CT clamp allows measurement of the amount of energy passing through a wire without physically connecting to it. As you might imagine, it allows an device like an inverter to see how much energy is coming or going via the main electrical connection for a house or other premises. Your installer should have fitted one as part of their installation (unless you explicitly agreed for them not to do so, which doesn't sound like the case).
