41201 error

Octopus had a "savings session" yesterday so I changed over my work model to my savings session export settings in the web page and adjusted the time windows to suit. Done it several times before and all has been well..

This morning I try to change back to my "normal" settings and I can't. I can't change anything and keep receiving the drop down message "41201 Server Exception".

The web page also tells me that all of my preferred settings are disabled and I can't toggle them on to enabled. Seems I can't enable any work model settings.

Fun and games.

Any ideas?

Im getting this error this morning for the first time. Is it a glitch with Fox or something at my end?

Taking a look at the app, the graphs on the second page [swipe left] seem to be up to date, just seems to be the flow diagram on the fron page which is not correctly picking up the values.

Hallo zusammen, ich bekomme zeitweise überall 0 angezeigt und zeitweise falsche werte. Meistens jedoch bekomme ich beim Aktualisieren den ServerFehler 41201 angezeigt und kann nichts machen

Reassuring that others are getting this error too. I think it must be an issue at Fox's end, although their "Cloud Services Monitor" page isn't showing any issues.

I have no data at all showing on the app :(
