Battery charging during peak time

Hi all,
Peak Time = 02:31 - 21:29
Off Peak Time = 21:30 - 02:30
The battery and 6kW hybrid inverter were installed today. I watched the energy flow diagram on the FoxESS cloud website after the installer left this afternoon, and it looked okay. In the past hour, I made a few changes to Time Frames 1 & 2, setting Time Frame 1 to 21:35 to 00:59 and Time Frame 2 to 00:01 to 02:25.
I couldn't add the time initially, and with the help of Ian Tucker on Facebook, he mentioned there was a midnight clock issue and suggested I use both time frame settings.
I've also set both sliders to true.
I set them up based on a video I watched on YouTube by iameccles titled "Force charge Part 2" because I want the EV & batteries to charge during the off-peak time. We use the home appliances during this off-peak period.
I don't know if it is a coincidence, but my wife came home and plugged in our EV. I checked the energy flow diagram on FoxESS cloud, and the battery is now charging at 1.21kW. Why is this happening? I don't want the battery to charge during peak time. It is odd that is it charging at 1.2kW as well. If its going to charge at all, then why not at a higher kW?
I checked on the EV car app; the car is not charging. I also checked the EV charger app, which is scheduled for 22:15.
I am confused as to why the battery is charging now. Could it be a time zone setting? It seems to be ignoring the times I have added to the time frame?
Can anyone provide an answer?
Thanks,
Mike
