SN number

I am trying to register with the Foxcloud monitoring system. I am running a Solax Hybrid 5.5Kw System with batteries coming today. But when I get to the Sign up page it asks for a 15 digit SN number. My datalogger only has 10 SN number and my inverter has 14. Is there a way around this?

The Foxcloud monitoring system needs a Foxess inverter and datalogger to register, if you have a Solax inverter that uses FoxESS batteries you will have access to the batteries statistics through the Solax app (but wouldn't be able to create a Foxcloud account)
