Extended Offline Inverter...

I have had periodic times when the inverter has lost the wifi signal but normally within a few minutes it finds it and we are back online.
Today though (Saturday 13th Jan 2024) it has persistantly stayed off line largely since about 20:00 and remained so through the evening.
I have checked with my phone and the signal from my wifi is weak but findable in my garage and no worse than it nrmally has been since my install two months ago.
My concern here is what can I do to rectify the situation as it sees to be making no effort to reconnect just the rapidly blinking red dongle light. It is not like in the evening there are any devices on that wil interfere either so I am concerned if soemthing is going on or needs to be reset. I can see the dongle wifi on my phone all right but of course it does not mean I can connect the dots and make them see each other.
My installer did show me the app but not any of the set up prceedure and I am nervous not to monkey around with it but I should not have to as none of my wifi settings have changed.
Do I trust that any preset settings / work modes such as overnight cheap rate charging of my battery will still operate without wifi i.e. it is just affecting the data through the cloud?
