5.8kW Energy cube - No lights

Hi,
I just installed 2 x 2.9kW energy cube batteries with a 6kW AC coupled hybrid / AC inverter. Opted for AC coupled as the PV system is 16 x enphase IQ7 microinverters.
Connected everything up, however cannot get any life out of the batteries. Switched on DC switch, power on button and the b switch for 5 secs - nothing. Not a single led light.
Any suggestions / advice appreciated
