I recently asked for the firmware to be updated to enable strategy periods on my inverter.

I haven’t set any strategies and since the update the battery is at 100% but the house is using the grid for power and not the battery. There are no charging times set up and I’ve set it to self use mode.

Any suggestions on what the issue is?

Some things to check -

Double check that your charge periods are set to 00:00 - 00:00 (anything else and they are set).

Make sure that both of your minSoC's are set to 10%

It may be that your inverter believes that a strategy has been set so make sure that there are no strategies enabled in the app.
