Issue logging into www.foxesscloud.com

Hi,
newbie with an install completed yesterday.

I have the mobile app up and running - everything is working well. My electrician recommended I use the web browser version of the FoxCloud app as it has more functionality than the mobile app.

Is this true?
If it is, does anyone have a clue how I do that? I've tried to sign in on https://www.foxesscloud.com/login using the same credentials (username/password) that I use for the mobile app. it fails to authenticate with a 41807-Wrong user name or password error. I tried to sign up but because I have already signed up on the mobile app, it tells me I can't

If the web browser version doesn't have additional features, I probably don't care, but if it does, I would like to find a solution

Thanks,

Phil

It should work, I have both working and the same credentials are used. My web login is using the username, not the email address ... could that be the problem?

I can't give an accurate answer of what you can and can't do, additionally, on the web site, but that's how I prefer to interact with the foxesscloud when I have to. Just having a big screen is useful I think, can zoom into the graphs to see better what the inverter is doing.

I agree with @UK_KH_User123, it uses the same log in credentials as the app, I always use the username (not email address) and password.

Your username is visible in the app, when you click on 'My' and it's in the personal information at the top (user account:)

Thanks both, I am using the username not the email address (although I tried both to confirm)

I tried an in-private browser session today and that is working :)

now to solve the next problem - why 24 hours after installation I have error code 1, 26, 27. I'll take that up with the installer though and believe it to be related to voltage fluctuation
