Notice about server Maintenance

Planned server maintenance on 9th December, 2023 01:00AM
to 10th December 2023 from 23:59 CET. This maintenance
will not affect the normal power generation of your equipment.

Not sure if we will be able to set force charge times from the app during this time.

Charge Periods 1 & 2
If you set normal charge periods in the app, the inverter will continue to operate the charge periods if the servers are unavailable.

When the servers are off-line you cannot change the charge periods on the app, but it is possible to change the charge times at the Inverter main panel.


Strategies
If you set the strategies schedules to force charge (or force discharge) they will continue to operate when the servers are unavailable.

You will not be able to disable strategies whilst the servers are unavailable and they cannot be stopped on the Inverter panel.

When a strategy is set you cannot use the normal charge periods so make sure if you use strategies they are set they way you need for the 48hrs that the servers will be down.
