front panel of invertor

below the panel with numbers are 3 icons.central one for battery (which we do not have) right one is lit up green to say inverter is operational.Left hand icon (an exclamation mark in a triangle is flashing red).What does this mean please?

It means the system has logged an error, you can use the front panel controls to go to the error log and see what is wrong.
