Install on iphone

The app is installed on my husbands iphone, but I can not get it to work on my iphone.
I enter the same details but it doesn't recognise me.
Any Ideas?

The app connects to the Fox cloud so all you should need is the username and password and if you have downloaded the app it should log in fine - double check the username and password as it is case sensitive.
You can also log in on the Foxesscloud.com - that will allow you to test the credentials and if you've written the password down wrong, you have a link on there for forgot password.
