App not workinf

The app doesn’t seem to be working this evning… keep getting the message ‘query data failed’

Any ideas?

The back end Foxess database is down at the moment, they are working on restoring it now.

Hi folks,
The mobile app doesn't seem to be working after an update was issued. Have uninstalled and re-installed with no luck
Just get stuck on a new(?) page with an image of house and pylons showing. Advice please. (October 25th)

Click the lighter blue box under the house with the smaller arrow on the right takes you to the normal screens.

I updated to the new version of the App this morning (picture of a house etc.) and it all seemed to work fine. But then I went into one of the options and now I have a list starting with "site information", then "Datalogger list", "Wifi meter", "EV Charger". But I can't find an exit button to get back to the house picture! Any ideas!?

The exit button should be at the top of left hand side of the screen looks like a ‘<‘ symbol.

But if you can’t see it i’d be tempted to force close the app as it should then start from the overview menu

Hi Dave,
It doesn't seem to have one. The top of the screen says "Site information" and there is nothing above it, even if I 'pull' the screen down. Tried pushing the screen left, right, up, down, nothing I can see.
I'm on Apple OS, how do I force close the App?

OK quick google search and I managed to close it. The option I was in is at the top corner (3 dots) and then 'edit' which showed the information for the installation. Back on the 'house' screen now! Thanks for your help.

For anyone else who gets stuck - to close the app on iphone, double push home button, side swipe the preview of the apps until the fox app appears and slide it up to close it.

Hi everybody,
is it possible that the registration with the new app (V1.50.0)is not working right now?
My FOX system was installed today and after the installation our electrician asked me to download the foxcloud app, register and log into my new system.
I registered, but when I want to login it only says: Wrong user name or password. The electrician said that this happened also to the customer where he installed yesterday.
What can we do? Just wait until there is a new app update?

I’ve not heard on any login problems, but try it on their website instead, https://www.foxesscloud.com/login

There’s also a link there for forgotten password if you need it
