New install. H1 5kw and three batteries 4.3kw each.
Powers on ok but then straight to no BMS and grid safety
Message on screen is "SafetyInvalid"
No lights on batteries.
Yes I turned batteries on at their breaker and pressed power button. Yes checked writing, BMS cable, batteries, CT.

I set the state to 'start'

Any ideas? Thx

Have you set the Grid safety ?, if you are in the UK it should be G98/G99 depending on your approvals - it's one of the first things that has to be set before it will run correctly.

Hi Everyone

I live in Portugal right now and I'm struggling to know which Safety Code should I use?

As I understand it (i'm no Portuguese expert), there is no Grid Safety Code defined for Portugal - as the voltage and frequency standards are similar to UK, I would be inclined to choose G99-UK and then set your export limit to control whether you allow export to grid and at what maximum power.
