password problem

I have a problem with my foxess s1500-g2 inverter, I wanted to go into the settings but there is a PIN where I never put the PIN, I've tried 0000, but it fails, is there any way to remove the PIN?
I have a problem with the configuration, when it reaches 950w it goes back to 0w, and so on all day.
