PV Output

Hi All,

I have noticed through the App and using the cloud dashboard that once my batteries are full that the PV output drops to match my home load (more or less). The weather is really bright and hasn't changed all day (it's now midday), why isn't it still producing ~3.5KWh as earlier and then sending the extra to the grid..? I have a south facing installation and there are no shadows...

Appreciate any thoughts...

Kind Regards,
Phil.

Hi Phil

Can you provide details of your equipment and how long since installlation ?

If possible, can you confirm the firmware release in your inverter and your battery management system (BMS). They are at the bottom of the list in your Version details which is the 4th option (tab) on your device page, itself reached by selecting the inverter image on your Sites page that can be reached and selected from the top level of the app [- use the middle icon at the bottom of the page]

A screenshot from your app showing the lack of feed-in to the grid when there is excess power from the PV panels, would also assist in a diagnosis.
