P100-6H device question

Just have my P100-6H Hybrid system for a month.
I have something cannot understand and hope u guy can help. I'm in Vietnam so the supplier seem not to understand well their device
)
1. Min Soc problem?
My device is 95% DoD so I want to use all of them. At first I set Min Soc 5%, Max Soc 100%, Offgird Min Soc 5%.
Recently. The Min Soc automatically change to 10%.
I tried to set it back to 5%, the app allow me to (Picture), but about 1 hr later, it automatically back to 10% again.
Is it normal or some error? I notice it since the last firmware updated (not really know does it counted for?).
2. The system draw some 10-30W some time, just 1-10sec, and sum for 0.5kwh per day, it's normal right? And how can I minimalize this?
