Fox Ess CQ7 H3 Pro 25 error after firmware update

I'll be giving Fox Ess another call tomorrow morning when they are back.
Recently installed Fox Ess CQ7 and H3 Pro 25kw inveter over the weeekend. Since install I've been having some glitches with the app where the battery would be reported to be offline. I called the support line and they have updated the firmware of my Battery > Master > and finally Manager.
After the Manager update, the solar system won't work and would result in a SW Bus Volt Fault error whenever started. The Power display on the inverter would go to the negative W and the app would dispaly rediculous figures such as importing upwards of 10 MW at times.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
firmware version:
Master 0.85 > 2.09
Slave 1.06
Manager 0.70 > 2.06
Data Logger 2.09 > 2.10
Battery 2.017 > 2.021
The system is currently off and isolated
