2 Phase Switchboard with single phase inverter

Hi,
I have a hybrid Fox ESS single phase inverter and a 2 phase switchboard.
When I open the FoxCloud app and turn on the air conditioner, it's usage is not spiking on the app because it's running on the other phase (that the inverter is not connected to).
How do I resolve this so that I can get an accurate representation of what I'm consuming on the app.
Do I need a multi phase meter so the inverter can read what is being consumed on both phases?
Do these have a name?
