I am using the Fox Cloudapp for a week now and everything works as it should. This morning I wanted to check the Tarifplan, I am kind of keen on keeping track with things going on since I am a new user. I saw there was no tarifplan?
So, when I check the already configured smart tarif plan, which is/was configured to Epexspot, the whole price chart is gone and it says "No-Tariff - Please configure your Octopus Agile to see detailed tariff information"
I am residing in the Netherlands and as far as I know, Octupus Agile is a UK supplier? If I choose Nordpool, I get the price-chart immediately. So it looks like there's a problem in the app after the update yesterday? I haven't had this before? I opened a ticket tot FoxESS but not sure if this will do anything if it's really app-related, they would have to push a new update.
Anyone else with this problem?
There was a lot of forum posts yesterday about access being lost/broken with the FoxCloud2.0 App.
It might be working later today/tomorrow.
Also the 'Agile' name is misleading, as it doesn't just work with the Octopus Agile tariff, but works fine with other Octopus tariffs. I could show you a screenshot of it pulling down prices for the Octopus 'Cosy' tariff that I am on.
I am not sure if it works with other Countries, but would be nice to know if it can pull down the pricing?

Hi there! Thank you for replying. I missed those post I think, pretty new to all of this although I have a good understanding (now
) about how the app works
Here's a screenshot of what it shows: I only have the option of Epex or Nordpool for pricemarket. Since both of them are, well, almost identical in pricing, I have change it for now until..
UPDATE: I just checked the app. It's back now?
So I changed it to EPEX again! Probably some miscommunication in the backend or something. Anyway, since I use the A.I. -mode, I thought it was making it's decisions based on missing price-information (although it also keeps track of you usage and weather ofcourse).
Thanks again for reaching out!

No problem, there definitely was some back end issues yesterday for people, so hopefully it behaves for you going forward.
