Concern about Battery minimum SOC level

New Solar system installed 6 days ago with H1-3.7-E-G2 Inverter and a 5.76 kWh EP6 plus Battery, and I've noticed that the minimum SOC is going below the 10% setting down to 6%.

Is this a cause for concern, if so can it be rectified.

Q: Where is your battery stored, and are you in GB?

I chucked a blanket over mine for Winter periods, as the cooler nights might be helping the SoC drop a little under the 10%. As linked in the previous post, a few calibration cycles will be helpful in making the BMS a little more accurate.

Just make sure not to cover the wires if you chuck a blanket over, alternatively build a little box around it with some insulating board like kingspan.
