Hello all,

Have some odd behaviour that I can seem to fix. Sometimes in the evening I notice my battery isn’t discharging despite plenty of SoC and instead it’s drawing from the grid.

Any ideas?

Rob was having the battery not discharge at the same time each night, it seemed to survive firmware upgrades and reboots. The conclusion of the thread was to reach out to Fox support... so you may have to do this after you have tried checking FW/rebooting. Rob didn't post back to the thread if Fox fixed the system after reaching out to support, so we are unsure of the outcome, you can post on his thread to chase up.

Perhaps you can show what is in your mode scheduler?

Thanks for the reply. Schedule wise it’s pretty simple. Force charge from 23:30 until 5:30am and then self use. I have also reached out to Foxx and they said the inverter went into standby mode and have since disabled this from their end.

Another member is having their inverter drop into standby mode in a recent post. Let's hope that it all pans out then for the future.

In Rob's thread, his inverter was in Self-use 24/7, so the battery going to sleep made no sense (hope he posts back)
There is a back-end database of settings not exposed to us, and different FW updates can have consequences, perhaps this standby mode is causing this to a few systems.
