Parallel inverter KH Setup and car charger issues

fox parallel inverter kh8 master kh7 slave, hypervolt 3 pro car charger. each inverter has 2 batteries, kh7 ep11 and kh8 ep12. all batteries charge fine via solar but once the car charger is connected the slave inverter does not adhere to forced charge command. batteries go into standby mode.
When I disconnect car charger at fuse box and solar charges both batteries to full, only then does System adhere to forced charge command

A couple of quick questions -
Are both inverter firmwares up to date as there was an error limiting to 63A on older firmware?.
What is the Import current limit and Import power limit set to on both inverters - you can find these via the inverter panel, Settings, on-grid, export control, the settings are ImportLimitPwr and ImportLimitCurr

Software is up to Date.
The battery forced charge command is not at the Same time when batteries are supposed to charged.
Car 23:29-23:59 and 0:01 to 02:30,
Batteries forced charge 02:31-05:30
If charger is online even if no car connected Slave inverter will only be charged at low rate from Master.
It will only charge if I effectively disconnect car charger
