Back in August we had an inverter problem which took days to fix. In the meantime, the battery charge dropped to 0% and stayed there for 3 or 4 days. I was surprised at this as our minimum SOC is set to 10% but assumed that it wasn't possible for the system to maintain this without the inverter. (I'm hoping that no significant damage was done to the batteries.)
Since then the battery charge seems able to drop below 10% despite the minimum still being set at 10.
Can anyone suggest a reason for this?

SoC is a construct of cell Voltages, it represents a value of mV. If the cells have been low for a period, they might need recalibration, something that will take a few cycles to achieve. FWIW I have seen 7% at the lowest, and 9% when the battery was left at 10% for a period, it is operating fine now.
