Forced discharge affecting LG Oled TV

Hi,
Our tv won’t turn on when force discharging to the grid. It’s a single phase 20kw inverter. Installed late March 2026. I’m not sure where to check voltage but have had no error messages on the app and our other Samsung tv works fine.
If I turn the LG tv on before I force feed it doesn’t affect the tv once in. If it’s off the standby light goes off and it won’t turn on until we turn off force discharge, unplug tv and press power button on tv to reset it.
I’m thinking the voltage is too high and this tv is extra sensitive. Any ideas on how to change the voltage so it isn’t affecting the tv. I’m also worried about affecting other sensitive appliances like my Thermomix.
Thanks
