Hello,

I'm trying to setup the Octopus Agile work mode, but after entering the account number & API details and clicking "save" on "ELECTRICITY METER POINTS" window, I get a "40004-Loading data. Ensure stable internet" error.

This is when using the web portal. I've tried setting this up on the app too, however, after clicking "save" the Octopus Agile work mode isn't enabled and trying to enable just takes me back to setup.

Does anyone know why this could be happening?

It's been a long time since I have setup Agile. I am using it currently just fine though, so just wondering if there is an issue talking to your inverter?

Are you getting daily stats from it?
5 minute readings on the cloud / 5 seconds locally?

Yep, I'm getting the feeds without issues from the inverter.

Although, saying that, I've just logged onto the Unifi AP and noticed the inverter signal strength is showing as poor. Perhaps that's the cause.

If you try to change work modes, and get errors... odds are high that the signal is poor.
Might have to reboot networking kit (do you have a 2.4GHz only network SSID?)
