Hello. Please excuse any silly questions etc, I'm brand new to solar (and forums)!
We have had 8 panels, a FoxEss 5kWh battery and 3.68 inverter installed through Octopus at the end of June this year but trying to get any help from them on this side of things is proving to be a bit of a challenge!!!
I have, so far, been able to set up my FoxEss app and Octopus Flux tariff (set up manually as TOU) and have also worked out how to set up Forced Charge, Forced Discharge and Feed-in Priority mode schedulers with your really helpful YouTube video.
Can you please advise why I am getting negative overnight feed-in revenue. I have set the mid-peak, off peak and mid peak figures (to show pence) and the import/export figures at 5000 I think I've been able to attach screenshots of the relevant page (crikey this is testing my brain!!) I hope my question makes sense!! Thank you
